The success with which businesses like Dell, Pizza Hut and others have been able to use Twitter to realize increased business that is fundamentally based on two way conversations with buyers has insured social media’s place in the marketing tool box.
For artists, social media whether Twitter, Facebook, blogs or any combination, has all but eliminated geographical barriers from the sales process.
