44th ANNUAL EDINA ART FAIR

The Edina Art Fair has grown from a few crafters on the cor­ner of 50th and France to more than 400 artists dis­play­ing a diverse col­lec­tion of art. The Edina Art Fair enjoys its posi­tion as the Min­nesota summer’s first art fair and the sec­ond largest art fair in the state.  The Fair is located in the quaint 50th and France Quar­ter, located where Min­neapo­lis and Edina meet and is hosted by the 50th & France Busi­ness & Pro­fes­sional Asso­ci­a­tion.  This unique neigh­bor­hood has a rep­u­ta­tion for being dan­ger­ously charm­ing and delight­fully deca­dent – a dis­tinc­tion its mem­bers take pride in.

WHAT:

The 44th Annual Edina Art Fair, the first offi­cial art fair of the year and the sec­ond largest in Min­nesota, will fea­ture 365 fine artists and crafters from  around Min­nesota, the U.S. and Canada.

The Edina 5–0 Mall park­ing lot will host some of the most tal­ented local and regional musi­cians all on one stage through­out the Edina Art Fair  weekend.

Artists sched­uled to per­form include: Charmin Michelle, Char­lie Parr, Teddy Bear Band, Ali­son Scott, Lehto & Wright, and Cooker John. This redesigned area will also fea­ture a num­ber of artist booths and other  attractions.

Other Edina Art Fair high­lights will include expanded exhibits and artists  in the U.S. Bank park­ing lot, a Kids Art Zone, 20 food ven­dors, fash­ion  shows, cook­ing and lifestyle demon­stra­tions, and more.

FREE shut­tle bus hours from South­dale Shop­ping Cen­ter by Fire­stone to 50th & France by Lunds are Fri­day and Sat­ur­day from 9 a.m. until 8 p.m. and on Sun­day from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. (one hour before and after Edina  Art Fair hours).

The Edina Art Fair is hosted by the 50th & France Busi­ness and Pro­fes­sional Asso­ci­a­tion. With more than 175 dis­tinct shops and bou­tiques, over 20 restau­rants, casual cafes and cof­fee shops, the quaint  streets of 50th and France are the per­fect site for a sum­mer­time stroll.
